Eric was born and raised in Los Angeles, and has resided in Santa Monica for the majority of his life. A recent graduate of UC Berkeley, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in City and Regional Planning; an educational focus that has given him an understanding of the complex factors that affect real estate. Initially attracted to architectural style and the social nature of the industry, Eric knew he wanted to enter real estate early in his career and obtained his license to practice at 20 years old. With past experience in commercial real estate, he decided to intern with Jason Oppenheim during his undergraduate studies and learn about the residential side of the market. Eric soon took a strong interest in the heterogeneous architecture and design found throughout the homes of the city.

Outside of real estate, Eric is a licensed Scuba Diver and enjoys traveling the world. On weekends you can find him practicing guitar, exploring new art exhibits in LA, or taking pictures of his friends and family with his vintage camera.
