Born and raised in Sweden, Frida is admitted to practice law both in her home country and in California. After receiving her law degree from Stockholm University School of Law in 2012, Frida moved to Los Angeles where she completed a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. The same year, Frida gained invaluable experience working for the Honorable Alex Kozinski, the Chief Judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
For two years Frida practiced as a plaintiff’s litigator, specializing in a wide range of high-profile entertainment client matters, complex business litigation involving real property disputes, catastrophic personal injury actions, and labor and employment cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. After her time as a litigator, Frida went on to work for a health and fitness company in West Hollywood as General Counsel where she managed a litany of legal matters of the company and its affiliates.
She is now counsel at The Oppenheim Group, where she incorporates her prior law firm and in-house experience to provide The Oppenheim Group professional expertise throughout their business platform.
