Peter was born in San Francisco and has continued as the third generation of a prominent real estate family in the Bay Area. At Loyola Marymount University, Peter played Division I basketball with distinction as a multi-year National Scholar Athlete as well as Academic All-Conference, graduating with a B.A. degree in Communication Studies in 1998. From his first day in Los Angeles over 22 years ago, Peter immediately connected to the excitement, the innovation, and the unbridled creativity that are the pulse of Los Angeles. As a professional athlete for over a decade, he played with several NBA teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers, overseas in Europe, as well as in China and Japan. In 2011, after retiring as a player, Peter became a NBA Player Agent, negotiating a multitude of both basketball and marketing contracts for several prominent NBA players. Always connected to his passion for real estate, early in his basketball career, Peter founded Highlander Ventures, a real estate investment LLC focused on acquiring properties throughout Los Angeles that could be optimized for leasing and resale.

As a seasoned real estate investor and developer, former professional athlete and NBA Player Agent, Peter's multifaceted approach to marketing, negotiating, and closing is both fresh and effective. An innate networker, a believer that a small conversation can lead to a game-changing deal, Peter casts a net that reaches across the globe, allowing him to access resources and relationships he has developed in the worlds of sports, entertainment, and real estate.
